After completing his federal district court clerkship, Gideon was a large law firm litigator for almost ten years, first at Skadden Arps in Los Angeles and then at Covington & Burling in Washington D.C. Before law school, he was a human resources executive at a Fortune 500 and at a 5,000 employee teaching hospital. Gideon has since 2005 coached individual lawyers to grow their books of business and consulted with law firm leaders and executive committees to thrive in turbulent times.
