We have educated clients on how to raise rates, resolve collections issues, and avoid non-payment. We also advise on the proper mix of hourly, contingency, and hybrid fees. Our clients have collectively generated millions of dollars in additional revenues as a result.

Women’s Initiative

We help firms to recruit and retain women partners and have a long history of working with women lawyers to grow their practices. We advise on salary negotiations for women and have given speeches to women’s networking groups, including the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

Lateral Partner Questionnaires

Law firms routinely hire new talent, but many lawyers looking to change firms are doing so for only the first or second time. We level the playing field. We have assisted equity partners, non-equity partners, Of Counsel, and senior associates in lateral moves. We help with the entire process, including the completion of lateral partner questionnaires (LPQs), interview preparation, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

Speech Coaching

Speeches are among the most effective business development tools but also the most feared. Gideon is a former President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Speakers Association and offers speech coaching to lawyers in preparation for conferences and other presentations. We also help clients to prepare webinars and leverage video and audio recordings to attract more clients and referral sources after an event.
